Are your games free to play?

Yes! All of our games are free to download and play. Some games offer optional in-app purchases for extra features or to remove ads, but these are never required to enjoy the full experience.

Which platforms are your games available on?

Our games are available on both iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). You can find all our apps by searching for "VETRA APPS" on either store.

Can I play offline?

Yes! Most of our games support offline play, so you can enjoy them anytime, anywhere — even without an internet connection. Online features like multiplayer and leaderboards require an active connection.

How do I restore my purchases?

If you've reinstalled the app or switched devices, you can restore your purchases through the app's settings menu. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you originally used to make the purchase.

Are your games safe for children?

All of our games are rated 3+ and are designed to be safe and enjoyable for players of all ages. We do not collect personal data from children under 13 (or 16 in the EU) in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

How long does it take to get a response?

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours. During busy periods, it may take a little longer, but we'll always get back to you.
